We determine the dimensions of the framework to be constructed, measure, and cut the required building materials accordingly, and assemble the materials to form the framework. Our steps are below.

• Pre-build the outside frame.
• Insert a special bracing known as a jack stud.
• Stand each 8-foot section of the frame up and toe nail the sill plate to the plywood sub-floor.
• Continue same procedure for entire perimeter of the house until completed.
